Help with a letter or your account

Tell us what happened and what you saw on the screen. A screenshot helps; please crop out your resume's personal details. Send it from the email address on your account so we can find it quickly. If you're signed in, you can also use the feedback form and attach images.

Billing and refunds

For a refund, include your order number and the reason. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; the Refund Policy has the full rules. Payments run through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record.

Report a problem with a letter

If a letter says something your resume doesn't, or has content that breaks our Terms of Service, email support@aicoverlettermaker.com with a screenshot. We review every report and use it to improve the generator.

Privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email us from your account's address. You can also delete your whole account on your profile page. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
